Pretty quiet area, central location so close to The Rowton. For tea or coffee visit Cg's Cafe nearby. Very impressed with standard queen room. A bathtub in the bathroom.

The location was convenient and decent, at a short distance from a landmark mall. The area was industrialised next to the centre, a hill overlooking the city at the back of an industrial estate and the restaurant. There were cereal and fruit for breakfast.

This place is clean, newly renovated, has friendly staff on the night shift, and has a good location near a popular shopping mall, bars, and restaurants.

Nice building. Price/performance ok.
A little bit out of date, could need some renovation. Rather simple accommodation. . We've been there twice. First room good, second room no hot water first. Boiler was switched on after complaint, but this was totally loud. I couldn't sleep. After complaint we could move to another room to sleep.

The location is great and very comfortable, right by the city center, O2, and Birmingham Central, and there are nice dining options nearby at Zumhof Biergarten.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. With the bus one was very fast in the center.
The windows in the oriel room unfortunately worked very quickly and the heating only worked now and then.

Price-performance ratio was great!
Breakfast wasn't breakfast. No selection, buffet was not refilled after 9.30 am.

the property's location is convenient, next to the bullring and Birmingham Hippodrome. Formosa Izakaya restaurant is within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed here after a dinner with band and dancing afterwards. Good value for money, the room was quiet, we were not disturbed by any noise from downstairs or outside.
Beds could have been more comfortable, small bathroom.
